Each Sunday, the Sundeck hosts a rotating lineup of Colorado's best bluegrass bands, offering a diverse musical experience against the backdrop of the Elk Mountain Range. The 2025 schedule includes performances by The Queen Bee’s, John Depew Trio, and Kenny Wayne Gentry & the Companions, among others.

Gourmet Dining: The Sundeck offers a variety of food and beverages, or you can bring your own picnic to enjoy during the concert.
Mountain Activities: Beyond the music, visitors can partake in disc golf, hiking, and other mountain activities.
By Gondola: Purchase a sightseeing ticket for the Silver Queen Gondola, which operates from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM during the summer season. The last gondola down is at 4:30 PM, so plan accordingly.
By Hike: For the adventurous, hike up the Ute Trail or Aspen Mountain Summer Road to reach the top. The gondola ride down is free for hikers.
Sun Protection: At 11,212 feet, the sun is intense. Wear sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.
Layered Clothing: Temperatures can be cooler at the summit, so bring a light jacket or sweater.
Arrive Early: To secure a good spot, especially on popular dates.
