Watch Week Aspen is a four-day celebration of fine watchmaking, designed to blend the art of horology with Aspen's adventurous spirit. Hosted by Oliver Smith Jeweler in partnership with the Aspen Chamber Resort Association and local retailers, the event offers a unique opportunity to explore rare timepieces, engage with industry experts, and enjoy outdoor activities in a luxurious mountain setting.
The festivities commenced on Thursday, August 7, with a cocktail reception at the rooftop of W Aspen, in partnership with Modern Luxury Aspen. Attendees enjoyed curated drinks, light bites, and the opportunity to connect with fellow watch enthusiasts.
On Friday, August 8, legendary mountaineer and filmmaker Jimmy Chin led a guided morning hike, presented by Bremont. Participants took in scenic mountain views and returned to town for a post-hike breakfast, while previewing Bremont’s latest collection.
Also on Friday, attendees had the rare opportunity to experience the 2025 novelties from H. Moser & Cie. and test their skills in an ultra-high-fidelity Formula One racing simulator at Betteridge. This event highlighted the precision and focus that connect H. Moser with its F1 partner.
On Saturday, August 9, the Watch Week Aspen Speaker Series returned with two dynamic panels exploring current trends and topics shaping the watch world. Following the discussions, attendees enjoyed a cocktail reception, presented by Bremont, to network and unwind.
Also on Saturday, participants joined two-time Olympian and three-time X Games medalist Alex Ferreira for a fun, casual pickleball session hosted by Norqain. This event was open to all levels and offered a relaxed environment to connect with fellow watch lovers.
